ROFIT Watch

Rotary IT Fellowship · Global Early Warning
Connecting…

Machines aggregate the signals. Rotarians verify the alerts.

An agentic early-warning board for the Rotary network: six open feeds across cyber, public health, disasters and civil unrest, normalised every 15 minutes into one severity scale, mapped, and open for ground-truth reports from members in any district.

Human accountabilityAutomated signals are labelled by source and never presented as verified. Sentinel reports are published only after a named reviewer confirms them.

Sentinel report

Seeing something on the ground your club should flag — a clinic with unusual cases, a wave of ransomware at local businesses, a road cut by flooding? File it here. A reviewer verifies before anything is published.

Sources & method

How severity is scored. Each source keeps its own scale; the aggregator maps them onto one. Earthquakes: M7+ critical, M6+ warning, tsunami flags escalate. GDACS: red / orange (green informational alerts are not shown). CISA KEV: exploited-in-the-wild is warning, known ransomware use is critical. WHO outbreak news: warning, high-consequence pathogens critical. GDELT event clusters are advisory at best — a media-volume signal, not a verified event.

CriticalImmediate risk to life or core systems; brief district leadership now. WarningAction within days; clubs in the area should check in. AdvisoryPrepare; monitor for escalation. WatchNoted; no action expected.
